Ad Voogt

 
Ad began his career with Cognos as their first continental European employee, helping that company grow to 27 offices across Europe. In his position of President, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Ad helped Cognos transition through an acquisition by IBM before departing to start his own business consultancy, specializing in board memberships and European operations, Voogt Management BV.
 
Ad has a degree in Computer Sciences (AMBI) and Marketing (Nima-C) and started his career as a computer programmer. He spent four years living in Stockholm, seven in Frankfurt and seven in London before finally settling in Amsterdam, in his native Netherlands.
