YOUR mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find, qualify and book prospects into Web demos. We are looking for someone who loves being part of a team and talking to people. We need someone who is not afraid to cold call the SVP of a Fortune 500 company and tell our story. This is a great opportunity to launch a very successful career in business development. Responsibilities
- Finding/chasing/pitching to $150M+ revenue companies, primarily in the US
- Active list building and tuning
- Advance research of prospects online to identify key triggers
- Writing, crafting and honing of punchy emails
- Punctual follow-up calls, emails and mail correspondence
- Booking web demos and kicking off the demo with a recap of current understanding
- Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in CRM including weekly snapshot reporting to SVP
- Brief outside sales on conversation details when prospects are interested pre-demo
- Actively improve on the process
Requirements
- 2 + years experience in an inside role, preferably in a B2B environment
- 50+ dials/day
- Conceptual seller, you can sell ideas and concepts and can communicate a compelling vision
- Solid communications skills, both written and verbal
- Internet savvy and fluent in MS-Office
- Background in software, technology or market research and post secondary education are assets
