ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible the client-facing activities during the development and delivery of our research solutions to our clients. You will ensure that projects remain on schedule, on budget, and guarantee client satisfaction. We’re looking for a skilled project manager, with a keen ability to balance client demands with internal timelines. You are both diplomatic yet firm. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who performs well under pressure and is able to manage multiple projects at once. Previous market research experience is strongly recommended, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements and recommend creative, effective solutions
  • Develop panel plans, recruit panel members, overall panel management
  • Develop and manage project plans that remain on scope, on time, and on budget
  • Communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis regarding project status
  • Build on-going client relationships to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Market Research Industry experience (specifically online) or demonstrated knowledge (have taken related courses)
  • Minimum 2 years project and client management experience
  • Completed a post-secondary diploma or degree, or has relevant business experience
  • Professional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent command of the English language: written, spoken, grammar, writing and mathematical skills for business correspondence and reporting
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and possess a high degree of tenacity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bonus: Any experience working with and/or managing market research panels
