Usability Specialist
Responsibilities
- Usability testing
- User research
- Use case development
- User interface design, documentation, and prototyping
- Contributing to refinement of our user-centred design process
Requirements
- 3+ years of related industry experience, including experience in usability testing
- Related formal qualification
- Well-versed in user-centred design methods and techniques
- Proficient to expert in tools such as OmniGraffle, BBEdit, Photoshop
- Experience with Morae or VisualMark a plus
- Experience working with developers and dev tools (e.g. Subversion) a plus
- Superior analytical and process-oriented skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
