Systems Administrator
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing ongoing support for the network infrastructure of our corporate offices throughout Canada. You will also contribute as part of the IT team in production and hosting maintenance and solutions.
Requirements
- An excellent understanding of Internet applications, security issues, configuration/operation/maintenance of firewalls and rules
- Completed a post-secondary diploma or degree or equivalent academic qualifications
- An excellent and innovative technical problem identification and resolution skills that allow you to cope with the challenges and opportunities
- Proven superior client management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in a 24x7 production environment delivering high availability or mission-critical applications
- Full or partial certification towards MCSE will be an asset
- Experience with backup, restore & disaster recovery planning for Wintel/Linux servers will be an asset
