Director of Business Development, London
£40-£60K Neg, £80-£120 OTE
Vision Critical continues to double in size as it has every year for the last 7 years to over 200 employees. It has become the dominant supplier in North America of Panel Management Software. As part of an aggressive international investment program you have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor as the company looks to replicate its home success and take market share in Europe. You will join as part of the fledgling UK sales team in a frontier outpost of a larger but remote parent company, so will need to be an independent self-starter that can flourish in that environment. Vision Critical will provide you with the resources you need including local support team and defined marketing plan, in return we expect you to achieve your sales quota. A highly attractive stock option plan will ensure you have skin in the game for the longer term.
Responsibilities
• Responsibility and management of a UK vertical territory
• Selling to FTSE 500 companies
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline
• Working with inside telesales team to direct sales campaigns
• Managing complex sales from start to finish
Requirements
• 5 + years experience of complex software sales to large corporations
• Educated to degree level or similar
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Conceptual seller, you can sell ideas and concepts and can communicate a compelling vision
• Solid communications skills, both written and verbal
