Responsibilities
We are seeking a well-respected, proven leader to build the momentum and further establish our presence in the UK market. As our Managing Director, you will oversee all activities in the UK market including business development and client management while providing a superior level of market research consulting. You will also be responsible for designing, building and leading a team of client facing sales talent, research consultants and account managers during the development and delivery of our research solutions to our clients.
Your efforts will be supported by our well established teams in client service, marketing and operations to help you establish the company in the UK market quickly and with impact. In addition, you will help us to further distill our product offering and solidify our positioning in the UK. The position of London MD will report directly to the Group’s CEO and help coordinate and grow existing resources and clients in Britain, across Europe and around the world.
Requirements
You have over 10 years of solid industry experience, including progressive senior level positions leading and growing a team. Your reputation precedes you as a strategic market research leader; combine this with your conceptual selling skills and a successful record of sales growth and we’ll invite you to lead the way. You are technology and internet savvy, preferably with online market research experience. You are a natural leader that people want to follow, a driven self-starter with deep intellect and the ability to execute. You also have an innate ability to influence others, can work under pressure, and possess a high degree of tenacity.
