Vision Critical Names Recognized Finance Leader in Technology Donna de Winter as Chief Financial Officer
Industry Veteran to Drive Company’s Financial Strategy for Global and Product Expansion
Vancouver, British Columbia – February 5, 2013 – Vision Critical, the leading provider of insight community technologies, today announced that Donna de Winter has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO). Working closely with the finance and strategy teams, de Winter will be instrumental in outlining the company’s financial strategy and in growing business performance overall.
de Winter will be responsible for managing all areas of finance, accounting, infrastructure and stakeholder relations. As part of the management team, she will also be an active participant in developing and executing Vision Critical’s growth strategy.

Donna brings extensive expertise in the technology sector working with several global technology companies throughout her career. In her recent post, Donna led the sale of Varicent, an incentive compensation and sales performance management software company, to IBM, where she served as CFO. Prior to that, she held both CFO and CEO positions at Nexient Learning Inc., Canada’s largest corporate training provider, which was sold to Global Knowledge in 2009. In addition, de Winter has held significant financial roles at leading technology companies such as GEAC Computer Corporation, Platform Computing Corporation, Digital Processing Systems Inc. and Polyphalt Inc.
