Here we bring in our big guns, our community consulting group are the resident experts on running online communities. This group will help with everything from developing an engagement and research plan, designing activities, moderating discussions, and reporting insights and implications. All you need to do is sit back and watch.

Key Features:

Design: Our experts will conduct a Planning and strategy workshop and deliver a Community Research and Engagement RoadMap.  Recruitment plan. Creative design (login, portal, newsletters, email, etc.)

Programming: Community Maintenance and Management  based on 4 invitations per month with reminders

Deployment: Up to 500 members maintained within the community

Monitoring: Checking for flaming, providing tips and tricks, observing and finding trends

Moderating: Checking for flaming, probing, posting questions, positive reinforcement to posters

Reporting: From either a brief summary with themes and quotes to a full report provided each week with a quarterly big picture report delivering insights and inspirations, NOT just raw data.

Assisted Serve

This is where our services team will help run a discussion forum within your community. You provide us the forum questions. We will program the forum question(s), do Q/A and manage deployment. Once live, the services team will monitor postings’ and provide a summary report of themes.

Self Service

It’s all up to you to run. We give you the technology and you’re in charge of running the community.
