From multi-lingual capability to an expanded web portal, these additional modules and features could be exactly what you need to keep your finger on the pulse of your customers and clients.

FEATURE SPOTLIGHT

World’s First Panelist Quality Index.

So how does your panel measure up?  Introducing the world’s first Panelist Quality Index™ (PQI), providing norms on response & completion rates, recruitment & attrition and panelist quality.  The PQI is based upon anonymous data from over 6 million completes by one million panelists on over 200 panels that we manage on behalf of clients. Access the monthly panel usage report to view the PQI and use the information to assess panel health and utilization as well as proactively manage usage patterns over time.  

Additional Panels

Launching a sub-brand, or venturing into a new category of business? Add an additional panel at any time. Just like with your original panel, we’ll create a distinct Web portal and register a URL for you. We’ll create and enact a separate profiling questionnaire and add access permissions so you can engage your new users right away. And best of all, your monthly fees might not change at all. Besides an additional set-up fee, we’ll work with you to determine how many new panellists you can add for little or no additional cost.  

Fusion Suite of Rich Media Products

You can make your surveys more engaging, visually exciting and useful by adding rich media elements. Our partnership with Fusion technology allows you to add survey elements ranging from simple image icons to fun drag-and-drop image interfaces to a 3D virtual walkthrough of a proposed new store.

Expanded Web Portal

As the front-door of your panel, a Web portal can be a great benefit in enticing and even rewarding participation. We can provide design and content for up to 10 additional pages for your Web portal. You can use this portal to do everything from describing your panel, to posting photos of panelists who you’ve rewarded with prizes.

Supplemental Creative

We’ve got a lot of experience helping recruit panelists, and we’d be happy to assist you. We can work with you to create anything from email invitations, to ad banners, to direct mail campaigns or even keyword advertising on Google.

Database Import

Already have a database full of valuable information about your customers? Maybe you have CRM or a loyalty program or you’ve conducted surveys? We can import your database into Panel+ so you can use what you already know, and start adding to it right away. A one-time fee includes set-up and mapping of any 3rd party data fields.

Segmentation in Profiler

Remove the guesswork and get the most out of your profiling. We’ll work with you to program and test the algorithm you use to segment the people who fill out your profiling questionnaire.

Community Module

We can help you build a vibrant online community that will provide you an endless source of valuable, constant feedback. Our community offering can be highly customized, depending on what is needed to attract and maintain a targeted group of your panelists who will join discussions that can last days, weeks or months. You can moderate your community or allow free-form discussions to learn exactly what they’re thinking and feeling. Moderators can post questions, probe for more detail, delete posts and generally keep things on-track and focused. And the powers of Web 2.0 are at your disposal with community tools like forums, blogs, photo sharing and file publishing.

Enhanced Reporting Module

Our standard reporting includes topline, participation, verbatim, stop point and participation statistical reporting. But this enhanced module offers three powerful additional types. DataPalette enables you to skip multiple reporting steps and select variables from any study, drag and drop to a row or column, and build a table and chart instantly. DataTransformation enables you to recode or create new variables, group data into easily managed bands, and calculate new variables by combining existing ones. DataPlay enables you to manipulate the data by moving your cursor along a scale to specify cut-point locations. You can modify cut points and immediately see the effect on analysis and statistics, a must for testing 'what-if' scenarios and speeding the decision making process. The enhanced reporting module works seamlessly with Microsoft Office 2007.

Multimedia Module

Share video and audio with your panel through the use of the multimedia module. Whether you want them to have access to a podcast, or watch your new commercial, this module makes it easy for you to upload, and your panel to download. We’ll worry about all the additional bandwidth and hosting costs and provide you an easy to use point-and-click interface for uploading media.

Multilingual Module

Put your ear to the ground of the entire global village by delivering your surveys in multiple languages, while combining all the results into the same database for analysis. Your translator can work directly in Panel+ to translate your surveys. And your respondents can choose their preferred language as they fill out a survey.

Advanced Training Module

To help you or your staff make the most of Panel+, we offer advanced training. We’ll customize the session to suit your needs, focussing especially on some of the powerful, advanced features of Panel+, such as compound/nested filters and skip patterns, calculated questions, question references, piping, importing/exporting, deploying to external sample groups, forums, and languages/translation.

Expert Training Module

For those seeking expert knowledge, we can create a custom expert training program to teach the use of features such as advanced scripting, hiding rows in grids, quota management and roll-ups.

Non-Panelist Surveys

If you ever need to reach those outside your panel, we can help you build, test and deploy a survey for non-participants, all from within Panel+.

Licensing Tiers

Monthly licensing fees scale according to the number of panelists you use. Your licensing includes unlimited surveys, questions, users, hosting and bandwidth. Software features for panel management, survey development, deployment, reporting and export features are included with your license. Licensing fees include all system upgrades, patches and updates to this base platform through the year.
