Some days you like to be chauffeured around in a limo, and sometimes you want to drive yourself to the closest fast food drive-through. Our panel support can be  full-serve where we work closely with you, or self-serve where you take full control. Whatever your needs are, we're here to help if you want it. Send us your survey in Word and we can do the rest.

We can manage any of the following:

Respondent Support: Any time, any where

If any questions or issues come up, Vision Critical is the first point of contact for respondents. We will route requests to the appropriate party – to you as the client, to your third party research firm or to the technology provider. All inquiries will be answered within 24 business hours of receipt.

Survey Support: You have fun, we’ll do the work

Want to make sure you can leave at 5pm on Friday? Send us the questions you want to ask and we’ll program the surveys with a quick turnaround. Results stream in over the weekend and you can see the report on Monday.

Training Support: Small, medium and large

Order the level of training you need and we’ll provide it. Want to get your hands dirty with the tool and know it inside and out? No problem, we’ll give you our highest level of training. Or, if you prefer to get a general sense of how it works, we can train you in half a day.

Creative Support: More than a pretty picture

The look and feel of your panel says a lot to your panelists. It’s more than throwing up a couple of pretty pictures. We have a creative department dedicated to designing your panel log in page so that it matches the style of your brand.

Technical Support: Without the hold music
