Heather Alcott to Represent Vision Critical in U.S. Market

Heather Alcott has just joined Vision Critical as a Vice President, Business Development. Based in Denver, Heather is responsible for the development of client partnerships across the USA.
Heather has more than 10 years of market research experience in international, custom and syndicated research, and is well versed in qualitative and quantitative methodologies including computer-assisted telephone interviewing, face-to-face intercept, and online panels. Prior to joining Vision Critical, Heather was a Vice President at Market Strategies where she specialized in the financial services, telecommunications and travel industries. She has also served Paul Robert and Partners SA as director of international business development; Bizrate.com as senior account manager and ACNielsen as an account executive. While at ACNielsen, she held on-site analyst positions with various clients including Eastman Kodak, Bacardi, Brown Forman, Ciba Vision and Del Monte Foods. Ms. Alcott is recognized as a leader in marketing information systems and has been called upon to speak by organizations such as the Leavey School of Business and Administration at Santa Clara University. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications management with minors in marketing and English from the University of Dayton. In addition, she studied international marketing at Warnbourough University in Oxford, England while holding an internship at ACNielsen's corporate headquarters.
