Whether it’s been a while since you last used Sparq or you’re having trouble with a specific feature, don’t feel stranded – all training courses are available to repeat at any time.

Basic Training – Sparq

Sparq Basic Training covers the essentials and provides a strong base knowledge about the platform. Our client education team will provide you with training on study setup, questionnaire authoring, sampling, deployment, reporting, exporting, filter templates and question libraries. Courseware is included.

Advanced Training – Sparq

Once you’ve learned the basics, move onto advanced training either within Sparq or on a specific module. The Vision Critical Client Education team will work with you to develop a custom curriculum, if needed.

Dynamic Reporting Module

Learn the tools in Report Builder and Report Portal. We’ll show you how to create appended & nested cross tabs, recode questions, create charts, apply statistical calculations, standard deviations, t-tests, chi-square test and more. Basic training is a prerequisite for all attendees.

Community Module

Experience Community as a participant and then move to the moderator perspective. Learn to create forum studies, topics, announcements and subtext; invite participants from your panel; moderate forum participants; analyze forum discussions & reports; and monitor Community activity and health. Basic training is a prerequisite for all attendees.
