Don Babick is a former President and COO CanWest Global Communications/Southam Publications. Under his direction the company had a revenue base of $1.2B, 8000 national employees, 29 daily newspapers and 100 non-daily community newspapers. In addition to Vision Critical, Mr. Babick is also a Director of American Press Institute, Torstar Corp and The Layfield Group.

JIM FLETCHER

Jim is an active Director of several not-for-profit and for-profit organizations in Canada and the United States, including Discovery Capital Corporation, and Redlen Technologies. Mr. Fletcher holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
