Demitry has extensive research experience with a heavy emphasis on financial services and customer satisfaction & loyalty research. He was most recently an SVP with Ipsos Loyalty, where he led the U.S. Financial Services Loyalty team and developed a Global Financial Service product offering.

Demitry has had vast experience developing online and offline client panels, as well as developing high-end B-to-B survey systems and leading key company-wide operational process improvements for the Loyalty business line. He has a broad range of research skills from the design and development of programs, through operations, client management and full service high-end analytics.

Demitry also spent nearly three years at Morgan Stanley, where he co-managed the Global Client and Employee Feedback Program, which ran firm-wide, worldwide, across divisions at Morgan Stanley. His invaluable experience at Morgan Stanley working with senior management and structuring programs to meet internal needs is a huge asset for our team.

Demitry received a BA in Psychology from Emory University. He lives in Fort Lee, New Jersey with his wife Ella and their new son Jase.
