Tom Neri
Executive Vice President
Tom is a seasoned senior marketing research executive with nearly 30 years of industry experience. He heads Vision Critical’s eastern U.S. region and serves as the leader of the company’s global Customer Experience & Loyalty product lines.
With his vast experience, Tom has expertise in the primary survey research discipline for consumer and business-to-business markets, with particular focus on services sectors, such as finance/banking, telecom, technology & media, and health. He has direct experience designing, managing and providing executive presentations for strategic research in the areas of product development, brand management, market structure, advertising tracking and customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Tom provides on-going team management, project oversight, staffing and resources for Vision Critical’s teams in New York and Chicago; as well he provides design and analytic support/insight to clients and senior staff.
Tom is the former President of the Ipsos U.S. Services Division, where he ran a 120-person North American division, and also established and led the Ipsos Health and Ipsos Loyalty divisions.
