Gord Baizley
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Gord Baizley is responsible for monitoring Vision Critical’s financial performance and for ensuring that its capital requirements are satisfied. Gord brings a diverse background of finance and law to Vision Critical.
Before joining the company, he practiced law in the business law group at Bull, Housser & Tupper, one of Vancouver’s oldest and largest law firms. Prior to that, Gord was an associate at a mid-market investment banking firm, where he worked on various corporate finance and advisory mandates, including capital raising assignments, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and fairness opinions in a broad range of industries, including the transportation, high technology, communications, and medical device industries.
Gord has a joint LLB/MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
