As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Kathy oversees benefits, training, immigration, building culture, and recruiting more amazing talent for the teams. Kathy has over 15 years of generalist HR experience in both Canada and the United States.
Prior to joining Vision Critical, Kathy held senior human resources positions for the Mark Anthony Group, Ipsos North America, and Costco Wholesale. Kathy holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
