Kathy oversees Vision Critical’s employee benefits programs, training, and recruitment strategies. Kathy has over 15 years of generalist HR experience in both Canada and the United States.
Prior to joining Vision Critical, Kathy held senior human resources positions for the Mark Anthony Group, Ipsos North America, and Costco Wholesale. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours, from Wilfrid Laurier University.
