Tips on using the 2018 Customer Intelligence Summit app

If you are heading to Washington, D.C. to join us for the 2018 Customer Intelligence Summit, you need to download the event app. It is where you’ll get real-time announcements about Summit, have the agenda at your fingertips and rate sessions. 

Only people registered for Summit can access content in the app. To download the app:

  1. Get the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
    Tip: You can also access the app’s content through the mobile web version.  
  2. Look for the 2018 Customer Intelligence Summit event. A verification code will be sent to your email address on file. (If you don’t get the code right away, please check your spam folder.)
  3. Enter the code in the app, and follow the prompts to complete your profile.  

The app is intuitive to use, but we’d like to highlight a few important features you may want to check out.

Personalize your agenda.

This year’s Summit features three tracks: Lessons Learned, Advanced and Product. The app is a convenient way for you to pick out ahead of time the breakout sessions you’d like to attend. Descriptions of the sessions are in the app, as well as information about our speakers.

We also recommend exploring the app to learn about our keynotes and networking events. If you plan on attending our walking tour and yoga session, the link to pre-register for these activities are in the app.

Connect and message with other attendees.

 You can connect with specific attendees, add them as contacts and message them in the app. If you’d like to set up meetings, you can also send invitations through the app.  

See other people’s takeaways.

The app’s activity newsfeed is where many attendees will share their experience and takeaways throughout the Summit. Check out this section to see what other attendees are talking about and to share new insights you get from the sessions.

Rate sessions.

We’d love to hear what you think of this year’s sessions. As you check out sessions in the app, there’s a functionality to leave a rating. This is a good opportunity to share your instantaneous feedback.

Climb the leaderboard.

Earn points and climb the leaderboard simply by doing activities in the app. The more you do and share in the app, the more points you’ll accumulate.

The Summit app is always popular among attendees. Don’t go to Summit without having it—download it today.
