Customer experience is the new battlefield in business. A recent study by the research firm Gartner found that a great majority of companies—89 percent—expect to compete mostly on the basis of customer experience by 2016. That’s because companies that provide a seamless customer experience are more likely to increase customer loyalty and become profitable.

The growing importance of customer experience is exactly what we want to talk about at next year’s SXSW Interactive. To get there, we need your help. Community voting accounts for 30 percent of which sessions proposals are picked for the SXSW stage. Please head to the SXSW PanelPicker and vote for the two sessions below.
