Responding to a growing need for customer intelligence in Australia, Vision Critical is opening a new office in Melbourne and moving to a new location in Sydney. Check out the photos below from our new space in Sydney!











Vision Critical first opened a Sydney office in 2009, expanding its staff by 350 percent in less than five years. Our new, larger location at 309 George Street will accommodate our rapid growth. Other companies in our new shiny digs include GMC Software Technology, British Airways and Korean Air Lines.

Our new Melbourne office will help us better serve our growing customer base in the city, while also building relationships with new companies who see the advantages of becoming more customer-centric. It is our fourth Asia Pacific office, joining Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. Together, they work with customers across nine countries in the region.

Peter Harris, the managing director of Vision Critical Asia Pacific, views the opening of our two new Australian offices as a significant step to meet a growing appetite among Australian companies for a customer intelligence platform that engages their customers for actionable insight. “Since opening the first Asia Pacific office in Sydney in 2009, there has been no better time to be part of the Vision Critical team in Australia,” Harris said.
