Using a customer-guided approach, PLDT Enterprise needed a way to engage with a hard to reach market to develop an authentic understanding of their needs, priorities and pain points.


In order to generate insight that would transform how the enterprise business attract and attain potential customers, PLDT Enterprise partnered with Vision Critical to launch an online community, PLDT Enterprise Connected, to engage with small, medium and enterprise decision makers across various industries.

Through Enterprise Connected, PLDT Enterprise generated insight to help internal stakeholders understand the key aspects of products and services that would best reposition their approach for target markets.
