NEW YORK and VANCOUVER, British Columbia – May 7, 2014 – Vision Critical today announced a definitive agreement under which BERA Brand Management, Inc. will acquire the Brand Equity Relationship Assessment (BERA) platform from Vision Critical. The BERA platform will form the foundation of BERA Brand Management Inc., launched and led by former Vision Critical executive Ryan Barker.
