Former Marketo and Salesforce finance executive Vinod Hariharan joins Vision Critical as Chief Financial Officer

Vancouver, Canada – Vision Critical today announced that the company has hired Vinod Hariharan as Chief Financial Officer.

“Vision Critical has undergone a massive transformation over the past two years as we focused the company on our software platform and new market opportunities for customer relationship intelligence across the enterprise,” said Scott Miller, Vision Critical CEO. “Vinod comes to the company with significant expertise in financial management for global software-as-a-service companies, and we are excited to have him join our executive team as we prepare for the next phase of our growth.”

Mr. Hariharan joins Vision Critical most recently from Marketo, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, responsible for global financial reporting. Mr. Hariharan is a finance executive with deep expertise in technology, software, and the cloud industry. Prior to joining Marketo, he held senior positions in the finance departments of Bazaarvoice and Salesforce, and spent 11 years in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in technology companies listed on US stock exchanges. He holds a CPA designation with the California Board of Accountancy and a CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
