Michelle Carter, previously Managing Director of Kantar’s U.S. Worldpanel business, has joined global technology based research solutions firm Vision Critical in London as Head of UK Client Services. She leads the community panel management and full service insight teams, and will report directly to the UK Managing Director.
Highly experienced in business development, key account leadership and general management with The Nielsen Company, IRI and TNS, Carter will help lead Vision Critical in London through its next phase of growth.

In her role, Carter will ensure Vision Critical continues to give outstanding service to clients, will directly lead specific European and global key accounts, and will assist in managing the steep growth expected in the region over the next few years.
