NEWS IN BRIEF: 30 September 2013

Apple is still the favourite when it comes to Australian customers and tablets. A study by technology company Vision Critical found that of the 1,000 people surveyed, 77% owned an iPad, compared to 11% who owned a Samsung Galaxy. Other findings revealed PCs are still the preferred device for activities including email and online banking, and that majority of participants use their tablet at home more than on-the-go.
