Community Panel and research technology provider Vision Critical announced the appointment of Scott Miller as Group Chief Executive effective Oct. 1, 2012. Miller will be based in the firm’s New York office, and will also be joining the Vision Critical Board of Directors.
“Since Scott joined Vision Critical, he has brought amazing energy, judgment and vision to our international operations,” said Chairman Angus Reid. “He will now bring these talents to our entire business.”
Miller has been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of International Business at Vision Critical since April 2012. Prior to joining Vision Critical, he led a distinguished career as an entrepreneur at automotive consultancy Motoresearch, and served in various capacities at Synovate—culminating in his 2010 appointment as CEO of Synovate North America.
In his new capacity, Miller will oversee the firm’s entire operations in the U.S. and internationally. Company founder Andrew Reid will continue to lead Vision Critical’s innovation and software development activities. Co-CEO Ed Morawski will be assuming the role of President and Global COO to work with Miller on the expansion of Vision Critical’s strategy, services and delivery infrastructure.
