Singtel Digital Advisors Named Vision Critical’s 2013 Asia Pacific Insight Community of the Year
As Voted On by Leading Insight Professionals, Singtel Honored for Outstanding Customer Engagement
SYDNEY – August 23, 2013 – Vision Critical, the leading provider of insight community technologies, has announced Singtel Digital Advisors as the 2013 Asia Pacific Insight Community of the Year, as voted on by more than 100 insight professionals in attendance at the annual Vision Critical Summit in Sydney.
Vision Critical Summit participants have selected Singtel Group Digital Life for the scope and effectiveness of customer engagement generated by its Singtel Digital Advisors insight community, and the way it has changed the company’s approach to doing business.
With more than 4,400 active members, Singtel Digital Advisors was formed to better connect Singtel Group Digital Life with its customers by providing interesting, convenient and relevant activities for members of the insight community. In turn, Singtel Group Digital Life has been able to capture better iterative and continuous learning about its customer’s needs and expectations of the brand.
Through Singtel Digital Advisors, the brand has been able to elevate the customer’s voice amongst internal stakeholders, offering a means of valuable feedback direct from the user. The overall success of Singtel Digital Advisors is evidenced by the high response and low churn rates that point to a highly engaged community.

Finalists, including Singtel, will be flown to New York City in October to join the European and North American finalists for a chance to be named the 2013 Global Insight Community of the Year winner.
