Telstra Leverages Vision Critical Community Panels for Product Trials
Vancouver, CANADA – November 30, 2012 – Vision Critical and leading Australian telecommunications and information services company, Telstra are teaming up to present a new webinar that demonstrates the multi-functionality of Vision Critical community panels. This webinar, the “Telstra T-Hub® Product Trial Story”, shares Telstra’s experiences of leveraging a community panel for more than just surveys but also for running efficient product trials.
The T-Hub is a unique Telstra product that was initially launched in 2010. Following an overhaul of the product in 2012, Telstra enlisted the help of Vision Critical to trial the new product ahead of market launch on Telstra’s online community panel, My Telstra Experience. The trial proved immensely successful, as customer insights were used to directly shape product development of the T-Hub 2 and, ultimately, save Telstra time and money.
