Vision Critical accelerates its presence in media and entertainment with key industry veterans

Vision Critical today announced that it is deepening its experience in the media and entertainment sector through the addition of industry veterans. Coupled with Vision Critical’s innovative research technologies, the addition of these key industry professionals will result in an unprecedented market leading solution for media and entertainment organizations.
Based in Los Angeles, the division’s president Bruce Friend will be joined by two seasoned members of the media and entertainment industry; Aaron Paquette joins as Executive Vice President of TV & Film and Gateley Meeker as Vice President of TV. Friend, Paquette and Meeker collectively bring 60 years of media research experience to the company.
Paquette has more than 16 years of experience in television research. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Nielsen Entertainment TV. Prior to Nielsen, Paquette oversaw the television practice at OTX where he was involved in program and creative testing.
Meeker also brings extensive media research experience to his new role at Vision Critical. At Nielsen Entertainment TV, Meeker managed all aspects of custom research projects for a wide variety of television and media clients and has experience in a range of quantitative research, including programming and ad testing, evaluation of brand health and equity, concept and demand testing, and market segmentation.
