Vision Critical Joins Customer Experience Professionals Association

Leading global consumer insights and technology solutions firm Vision Critical has joined the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as a Bronze Sponsor.
The CXPA is an international non-profit organization created to guide and enhance the growing field of customer experience management.
