VANCOUVER, BC – September 19, 2011 – Global research and technology firm Vision Critical has been named a Top Employer for Young People by Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This prestigious annual award recognizes leaders in attracting and retaining younger employees to their organization.
“Vision Critical strives to create an attractive and exciting workplace for all of its employees,” said Kathy Enros, senior vice president, human resources, for Vision Critical. “For an innovative company like ours, young people are a huge part of what we do and we hope to expand our offerings in the months and years to come.”
Canada’s Top 100 Employers evaluates companies based on criteria including programs offered to young workers such as co-ops, work-study and mentoring and benefits offered, such as tuition assistance, maternity leave, health benefits and vacation time. Judges also looked at youth-positive initiatives like campus recruiting and summer programs for students.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the award.
