As Chief Customer Officer for Vision Critical, Kelly is responsible for all post-sales customer enablement and engagement, including Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Education. A proven leader in developing world-class customer experience programs for software-as-a-service solutions, she has more than 15 years of expertise in operationalizing the post-sales experience in professional services, education, support, and customer success. Kelly joined Vision Critical from BMC Software, where she led the worldwide cloud Customer Success organization. Prior to joining BMC, Kelly held leadership roles at CA Technologies and Protiviti.
